An invitation your students' evening deserves.

Write the evening down, choose a watercolour, and take away a printable PDF and an image for the parents' group chat. No account, nothing to install.

How it works

Three things, and you are done

There is one page to fill in, and it shows you the invitation while you type.

  1. 1. Write the invitation

The title, a few lines about the evening, where it is and what it costs. All in your own words.

  2. 2. Choose a picture

Thirteen watercolours to choose from, or a photograph of your own — cropped to fit without you doing anything.

  3. 3. Print it or send it

Download the PDF for the noticeboard, and send the image to the parents in the same breath.

What you get

Print it, or send it

One page, two files. The image is the printed page itself, so the two can never drift apart.

A print-ready PDF

A4 portrait, typeset properly, ready for the copy shop or the school printer.

An image for the group chat

The very same page as a JPEG or PNG, large enough that WhatsApp's recompression still leaves it sharp.

Straight into the chat

On a phone it goes straight into your share sheet — WhatsApp, Signal, mail — in one tap. On a computer it downloads.

One page to fill in

Write the evening down, pick a picture, and take away both files. About five minutes, start to finish.
